DELIVERY PROCESS

  • Your orders will be processed within “1-5” business days and your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail.

  • Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within “1-5” working days. Due to the density, it may change during this process. (Unfortunately, transactions are not possible on weekends.

  • Exchange / Return Procedure

  • You can send the product or products you want to change/return to us free of charge by filling in the exchange/return form included in your package, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, together with the product as specified in the form, within the framework of the exchange/return conditions below. You can also see all the details in your form. In order for the products to be exchanged or returned, the following exchange and/or return conditions must be complied with. If you send the product/products you want to exchange/return with Aras Cargo, no shipping fee will be charged. An information e-mail will be sent to you within 1-5 business days after your return package reaches us. If you want to send the product/products you want to exchange/return with a different cargo company, we do not cover the cost of the packages sent.

I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do?​

  • You can change your order within 30 days from the date you receive it. The change is made only in the same model product / size / number change.

  • You can send it back free of charge (with Thinktongue payment) via Aras Cargo (using 2118854551140 delivery number). You must specify the product you want to change to the form and which size/number you want instead

  • When your request reaches us, it is evaluated by the authorities and if the product you want to change is available in stock, the product is delivered to the cargo company within 1-5 working days.

  • If the product is not available in stock, you will be refunded. You must fill in the exchange form for the product you are requesting to be exchanged and send the product to Thinktongue return address in a complete, unused and undamaged condition, stating that it is "Exchange Request" in writing.

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?

  • You can return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it and send it back free of charge using 2118854551140 delivery number (with Thinktongue payment) by Aras Cargo.

  • When your product reaches us, it will be evaluated by the authorities within 1-5 business days and an information e-mail will be sent to you when your return is accepted.

In how many days do I have to exchange or return the product I purchased?

  • You can return or change your product by following the above return/exchange procedure within 14 days from the moment you receive it.

Can I change the color or size of the product I received?

  • Change is made only in the same model product and in the form of size / number change. If the requested product is available in stock, exchange will be made, if not, your fee will be refunded.

How can I change the product I purchased if it is defective?

  • At Thinktongue, all products are subjected to quality control in order not to make you a victim. However, if you encounter such a situation, you can request a product replacement. To do this, simply follow the exchange procedure.

Can I exchange the product I purchased with a different product?

  • Change can only be made on the size/number options of the same product. It is not possible to exchange with a different product.

Will I pay shipping fees for the product I will return or replace?

  • You will not pay a shipping fee for any return/exchange you send with Aras Cargo. If you choose a shipping company other than Aras Cargo for the return/exchange process, our Company will not be responsible for the shipping costs, in which case you must pay the shipping fee.

When will the payment for the product I returned be made?

  • The product you return is first checked for compliance with the return conditions.

  • If the returned product/products comply with the return conditions, the refunds are sent to the bank within 1-5 business days.

  • An information e-mail will be sent to you about the refund of the orders whose return process is approved, and the product price will be refunded to your credit card.

  • The average time for your refund to be reflected on your statement is 1-10 business days. It varies depending on your bank.

  • You can get detailed information from your bank if there is a delay in the reflection of your refund on your credit card/debit card. As per bank practices, transactions made in installments are returned in installments in the same way.
